I grabbed some scraps and decided to practice some more free motion quilting and even some applique and ended up with this.
Not sure what I would even call this...a cheesy art quilt?
I am going to bind it later this week and see if I can figure out what to do with it.

Today I took out my darning foot to play a little before the free motion course starts. I really had fun although was a little clumsy at first.
I ended up making a cute little pouch that will be perfect for holding some fat quarters of fabric in for a swap partner. I hope she likes it.
I am going to try and do something creative every day this week in honor of American craft week.

Well sadly I didn't get to do anything I had on my "to do" list today. I am hoping Sunday will be a bit better. I DID manage to squirrel this cute vintage tea towel from Pam though. Thanks Pam!!
I am thinking I'll make a pillow or something out of it since it's too cute for the kids to wipe their hands on.
